• For Fuller Lips, Line your lips with a lip liner one or two shades darker than your natural lip tone. Also add a small dab of light, shimmery gloss in the center of the top and bottom lips to creat a fuller appearance.
• Lighter lipstick shades make lips appear fuller while dark, rich shades minimize their appearance. Bright, Warm Colors help you and your lips look younger.
• To keep dark lipstick shades from fading or to increase the lasting power of lip gloss, apply lip liner all over lips, then apply your lip color. This also helps colors blend better if you're using a darker lip liner than your lipstick.
• To make rich colors even richer, apply your lipstick, blot, then reapply.
• Conceal your natural lip line with foundation before applying your lip liner for a more distinct lip line.
