Working at Home!

Good evening, I have been job searching again. I really want to stay at home and make a decent income. I have been coding for about a year, but that slowed down and there isn't always work. The whole point of staying at home is being flexible for my children. You know when there is a lack of work and we get some the flexiblity is totally out the window. You have to work when there is work available no matter what you got going on, that's is not flexible to me. So I am searching again for another telecommuting job!! I hope that someday my business will have a good customer base so I can depend on it, but right now that's not the case. There are so many jobs out there, but so few that are legit. I can't do phone jobs which seem to be legit with my two guys. Anyone else out there in the same shoes I am?? Well I sure hope I find another job to help pay the bills soon.

Valentine's Day

Well Valentine's is just around the corner again. Do you enjoy it or dread it? I personally thought it was going to be great once I had that special someone, but you know it really isn't. My husband really doesn't do anything special for that holiday and you know I wish he did. To make matters worse my birthday is the next day the 15th. You know I used to think I would get showered with nice gifts and flowers both days, but I think that happened once. When I was first dating my husband the first year I actually got presents and flowers for both days and I really felt special. Oh well at least it happened once right!! Now I guess with my business I will see if any men out there still spoil their special someone with gifts and show them how special they are I hope. We have great gift services for men all you do is tell me how much you want to spend and leave the rest up to me. Now that is something I think any person could handle right? Well I better get busy!

Cold in North Dakota!

Wow is it cold here today. We have windshields of -40 to -50 Below zero. I havne't even stepped out, but I can feel the draft. It was a great day for business. I got the most orders today that I have ever gotten since I started my business it was great. Tomorrow we are suppose to have windshields of -60, hopefully it warms up soon!!

Stress??

You know I have not had the best time lately. We went in the ditch with our car (which is at the body shop don't know how much damage was done) on icy roads I hit the ceiling and have to go to chiropractor. My business is very slow right now, haven't received many new customers. I have been told I can't advertise the way I was on google and overture (which I was gaining a new customer daily) so I am feeling hopeless with my business now. I am not very good at approaching people in person, so direct sales is difficult that's why I was enjoying getting new customers off the internet because I don't bother anyone, they are looking for what I have to sell. Now I don't know if my business will grow anymore and it is not big enough to make any money really. Just seems like things aren't going my way and I am down about that. I am trying to find another legit telecommuting job so I can stay home with my boys and help out with bills. I was thinking today that all my troubles are really nothing, because I could not be here at all right? I mean look at the Tsunami thing wow my problems are nothing at least I am able to have troubles. I really get down sometimes, but you know there is a bright side I am here and alive in 2005!! Just needed to rant a little!
